Are you still facing issues about this subject? The usage of the Camera Plugin in this example, is very similar to the one defined in the Plugins Exercise Lesson, of the Developing OutSystems Mobile Apps course. Have you tried to do that one? It is more detailed and it will help you do this Section of the Movies Assignment.
