[Ideas] I saw this today and really liked it!

I was doing some online training for some software I need to learn and they had the following quote:


A trained customer is a happy customer and a happy customer is a loyal customer.


Regardless if our customers are internal or external this makes a lot of sense and underlines why it is so important to provide and receive training.


Think about how unhappy some people are when they post questions that should have been addressed by training. They are generally unhappy, usually angry, and the ones that complain how much the product / service does not provide results.


Just a thought for the day.
