[Ideas] Setup Restrictions to promote code to Production environment only from its one lower environment

In deployment pipeline, there should be restrictions to promote code to Production environment only from its one lower environment (UAT/Pre-prod). This will allow to push only tested code to production and restrict unauthorized/untested code push.
