[Ideas] Increase visibility of broken modules when publishing

Problem: Sometimes, when we publish a module that has breaking changes to other modules, these appear listed in the 1-Click Publish tab but it is often that one forgets to open each one of these modules, deal with the breaking changes and publish.

Possible solution: After publishing a module that has breaking changes to other modules, prompt the dev in a more visible way to be more effective. An idea might be to prompt the dev with a pop-up listing the modules with incompatible dependencies and the possibility to open and refreshing them all with one click.
