[Academy] 1.5 Pick Tasks Assigned to You From the Taskbox

Hi Nuno,

This probably isn't a taskbox problem.  I believe the problem is the CreateUsers action I wrote to set up the Users.  The action works for new installs, but it isn't good for updates or reinstalls.  If the users already exist, the action isn't smart enough to reassign the roles for the users.  This was an oversight on my part which I'll fix in a new version in the near future.

The easiest way to solve the problem is to assign Chris Chairman the Chair role, and then assign Rachel Reviewer, Ron Reviewmeister, and Rui Critico the Reviewer role.  The assignments can be made by logging into the Users application as admin (password admin).

Once the roles are assigned I think the taskbox indicator will "magically" appear.  Let me know if that doesn't work or if you have other questions.

Thanks,

?Scott

Hi all,

I'm learning and do the BPT exercises but I'm using my Outsystems cloud area. I download the latest Outsystems version (9.1.0.8)

I'm having a problem because the "omni-present" Taskbox indicator doesn´t appear on Chris and the users that Chris assign reviews activities.

I'm not able to go here:
http://xpto.outsystemscloud.com/EPA_Taskbox/  -> I'm getting an error Invalid eSpace info

And I already tried to install Embedded Process Automation from here:
http://www.outsystems.com/forge/component_details.aspx?ProjectId=133  -> 6 module where successfully published but the Html Renderer was not...

Would be great to be able to do this. If someone could help I appreciate.

Thank you,

Kind regards,
Nuno Oliveira
