[Academy] 6.1 Silk UI: from basics to advanced (Webinar)

Hello April,

The Colums patterns within Silk UI break depending on your configurations.
Since you are using the MediumRightColumns, as an example, you can break those 2 columns on your phone , and don't break when on tablets or desktops.

However, you will not be able to break the MediumRightColumns into 3 columns.
In order to do that you can use a columns2 inside one of the columns from MediumRightColumns:

Regarding to hide/show content depending on the resolution, there is a Silk UI Pattern called "DisplayOnDevice" that allows you to only display content on specific devices. So, for example, you could hide some content on Tablet and Phone.

If that is not enough, you can do some Custom CSS to achieve the desired effect. For that, you have available some CSS classes to help you (For example, you can specify a CSS rule just for .desktop.small).
All this information is more detailed on this training video.

Does this answer your question ?

Cheers,
Samuel Jesus
