[Ideas] Benefit from OutSystems Multi-Language approach without being obliged to publish the module

Dear OutSystems team,

We are researching for a new approach to manage multi-language labels to avoid modules deployment when translations are changed; knowing that we are currently leveraging from the built-in feature provided by OutSystems in this respect.

The built in feature to manage multi-language labels consists of:

1. Export Language resources to excel file
2. Translate labels
3. Import Language resources
4. Module publish

What we are searching for is to:

1. Export Language resources to excel file
2. Translate labels
3. Save the language excel file in a parameterized path
4. Use the built-in API used by OutSystems platform to read the language excel file content from a specified path without importing the language excel file to the module and therefore without being obliged to deploy the module
