[Forums] Refresh a web page after a button pushed on the mobile

Hi Guys

I'de like to ask what you suggest the best way is to have a specific web page be refreshed after a button on a mobile phone has been pushed.

Alternatively I would like to build a web block that refreshes a page at X interval.

Any help or pointers would be great.
