[Ideas] OML Browser

During big refactoring tasks there is the need to identify all consumers of a certain public action, entity, etc.

It would be nice to have an interface where I could quickly identify which espace are consuming what.

More features would include:
   - Hability to download the listed espaces
   - Hability to create a batch file that automaticly opens, refresh the reference in question and publish the espaces
