[Ideas] In Service Center, running a deactivated Timer should still keep the Timer deactivated

In Service Center 5.1, if a Timer is deactivated and is run with "Run Now", the Timer becomes activated.
I think this is a side effect that should not happen. If the user wants to activate the Timer it can do it explicitly.
I don't know if this beahviour is different in 6.0 or 7.0.
