[Forums] Dates Automatically added to a Form

Hi friends!

I'm currently working on a part of my project where I would like users to be able to submit comments on my app. I plan to export these comments into excel and for organization I would like to have the day the comment was created to be with it. However, I don't want to have to make the user input the date themsleves into the form. Is there anyway I can assign the current date to the form without having the user manually do it themselves?
