[Ideas] scaffolding with Pascal casing (when database entities are in lowercase with underscore casing)

In MySQL the standard casing for a database table is in lowercase with underscore casing. Now when importing the database tables all entities are in lowercase with underscore casing.

When using scaffolding it should generate webscreens in pascal casing, there should be an option to select casing for scaffolding.
