[Ideas] Modified Actions/Screens/Files indicator in Service Studio

Hi,

It will be good if we provide Files/Actions/Screens CheckedOut by me functionality to let the developer know exactly on these screens/actions/files he has made changes and those will be deployed to server.

Currently its unable to identify how many items are modified by the developer.

For example, if I have made any changes in Home screen UI and its Preparation Action, it should show something like (?) near those two items and near other items it will not show this image. So that developer will come to know that these files are checked out by me.
