[Ideas] Comment Customization

Be able to resize a comment and customize it with a simple color and header text.

This way you can easily visualize the code that refers to that comment and group it.

Here's a really simple example:



This can almost be done but the flow arrows are still behind the comment, the text needs to be input using spaces, the resize is done using new lines and space which is cumbersome and all the comments use the same color making it dificult to differentiate.
