[Ideas] New version of Users eSpace

Users eSpace is basically the same since it was release with version 6.
It needs a serious facelift with a responsive template and some colors!

It also needs some improvments like:
- A new user interface with a dashboard
- AD User import like the one in this component: https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component/340/active-directory-import/
- Password policy settings: https://www.outsystems.com/ideas/1044/password-policy-settings
- ...
