[Ideas] Debugger give Service Studio focus when hits a break point.

It would be helpful if Studio Service automatically came to the front of the screen when it hits a break point primarily for ease of use and also because currently the only way to know it has hit a break point is when the small icon on the taskbar glows slightly.
