In that case, if you want to re-use that functionality i would suggest to open RichWidget, clone the eSpace and adapt the functionality yourself.
You will able to change the code associated with the infoballon in one eSpace that will be maintained by you, in other words current widget does not allow that functionality.
This would be the best approach to achieve your goal.
