[Ideas] To create client side action functions in rich widgets for reactive application outsystem11

There is no client server action functions available in rich widgets so its can not be in use in reactive application. For example Pretty_DateFormat(), this can not be use in reactive application. It is better if this function also available on client sever action so that it can be useful in reactive application.
