[Ideas] Add keyboard support to navigate through "Open from Environment" popup

Since I'm using keyboard to open the popup (Ctrl+O) it would make sense for me to not touch the mouse when I need to select one of the eSpaces from the list.

Some sort of keyword navigation like Tab and then Arrow Keys would make perfect sense.
