[Ideas] Use maven to build the detached code

Use maven instead of ant to control all dependencies and build process instead of using a simple ant script.

The maven technology will allow the outsystems generated code to control all its dependencies including versions of each required library. Also, outsystems would share a repository which can hold his internal dependencies like OSOJDBCPool.
