[Ideas] Add/remove multiple breakpoints simultaneously

In the same way we can disable or extract actions in bulk, we should be able to add /remove multiple breakpoints at once.

We can remove multiple from the debugger panel, but to add there is no easy alternative than to click actions one by one.
