[Ideas] Should have an option to set 'Strict' or 'Lax' attribute to the same-site cookies though lifetime

Currently, lifetime allows only 'None' or 'Browser Default' as an option to select as an attribute to same-site cookies. This feature should be extended to support 'Strict' and 'Lax' property of same-site cookies to be a set.
