Confirm in Service Studio (application details) that the module having your start page is set as 'Home'. If this is set, you'll see an 'Unset as Home' option as with the screenshot below when you hover the mouse over it.
The 'Open in Browser' button should be enabled.

If this isn't enough, try navigating to http://<your server>/OutSystemsNowService/ and check if the app is enabled there.
