Simulating in the browser ??? If I understand what you're doing... you can't do that. Plugins (usually) interact directly with Hardware... and in this case, definitely with the camera on the device....

You're not having any luck because I believe your method of testing is not valid.You cannot use the OutSystems Now app because it does not contain that media plugin... and it must contain any plugin...
