Right, that's the obsolete - "deprecated" - method. 


What replaces it? 


The notification is done automatically, by Popup Editor Notify widget in 11 Version.

No, that's the problem - OnNotify never gets fired. I put in a feedback message and I put in a breakpoint and tried debugging the page. The breakpoint never triggers and the feedback message never appears. 


Also, I added the 3 deprecated actions but all that shows up is the GetMessage one. I can even see it in the list but when I try to add it to the process, it won't show up and trying to drag and drop just shows the circle-slash:

Is this required to be fully-automated?

That is, can the user log in first, and then save the output of the screen, or do you need to essentially 'script' the entire process of login and downloading the markup?

Hi Kiran,

Here is an example of RabbitMQ configuration from my server.

1. Could you try to click test connection, please?
2. If not the success you need to check your credentials.
3. If success I suggest Apply and Exit and re-install service center. We had the same issue last week and we solved the issue just re-installing service center.
4. If it does not solve your issue. Could you also share windows event logs from the application section?

hi!

I need to get all the HTML code from a webpage that uses credentials.

For example, I want to get all HTML source code of a webpage like this:

https://nunogoncalopereira.outsystemscloud.com/MyApplication/Webscreen1.aspx

and this applications uses credentials such as in:

https://nunogoncalopereira.outsystemscloud.com/MyApplication/Login.aspx

I made code to get HTML code, but i have a problem, because the request fails on login.

How to do that? Could be in java, .net, C# code or JavaScript.

[Ideas] Don't auto refresh aggregate preview when writing a comment

I see that the aggregate is always refreshing it's preview when i'm writing a comment in a filter condition.

Since i'm an extremely fast writer, I can see some delay  and it looks "overwork" from the platform when nothing will change.

Maybe you can make it to not refresh when I write something considered a comment ( after "//" or between "/* */" )

[Ideas] Clicking IDE version checks for newest version

I hate when I first open my IDE I'll get the prompt telling me there is a new version. This is mostly because when I'm opening it for the first time, there is something I need to do.


However, I also don't see an obvious way to check for the newest version of the IDE at my leisure. See the following screenshot: Can the version highlighted on the bottom left do a 'check' to see if there is a newer version and whether I need to upgrade? It would be a lot better than having to go to the website to check.

I should be able to right-click a GetXYZ Action in a workflow (or cut/paste as Aggregate) to convert it to an Aggregate, and then the code should refactor to use GetXYZById.List.Current instead of GetXYZ.Record.XYZ

[Ideas] Face ID integration

Is there any talk about Outsystems Experts or an Outsystems supported plugin like the Touch ID plugin for Face ID?  With the new generation of Apple iPhones no longer supporting Touch ID, I know our users will be wanting this integration.  If Outsystems already has plans in the work to support / create a plugin for this our developers can concentrate their time in other areas.

[Ideas] Port Mobile to Web or Web to Mobile

Once in  a while after developing a mobile app the client asks for a web version as well.

It would be amazing if there would be a "port"  functionality that (partially, as far as logical/possible) would port the native app into a web one.

Understandably after the port manual labor will be needed, but just having the basic framework/skeleton/action set up would save a lot of time.

[Ideas] Keep end of line when start editing a comment (Bugfix?)

When start editing a comment in the action flow, the end of lines are removed (see GIF). This may result in a very long one-line comment. I think this has not always been this way.

Desired behaviour: the end of lines are kept the way they are typed when starting to edit a comment.

[Ideas] Custom Extension or Plugin which will monitor environment health and services

As an application support perspective, we daily login to service center to monitor environment health to check if all the outsystems services are up and running, any email in error has been logged or not, a long running timer which is stopping a critical task, any critical SOAP/REST API error, Advance query error.

So, can we create an extension or plugin which will monitor these thing will send daily reports, let say twice a day.

This would be really helpful !

Any thought?

[Ideas] Database cleanup

With the grow of the factory is very important to keep our databases clean and with performance.

I would like to have a tool that show us all columns and tables that are not used and that help us to hard delete them.

This hard delete should drop the tables from database and cleanup the outsystems metadata.
