OutSystems Now uses a "REST approach" simulated with WebScreens (the true Expose REST capabilities only appeared in Amsterdam). To accomplish what you want, you'll need to change the GetApplicationsList Server Action (and check its usage). The action is available in OutSystemsNowService.
