I assume you are using the Personal Edition in the Outsystems cloud, right? If so, do the following. I will also assume you created your personal area by following the instructions and creating <whatever>.outsystemscloud.com.
1) Install version 9.1 of Service Studio. Version 9.0 will not work.
2) Change localhost to <whatever>.outsystemscloud.com
3) Use the same username (your email address) and password that you used to create the <whatever>.outsystemscloud.com area, usually the same credentials you used to post this question.
It should now work. Hope this helps.
