It's confusing for someone not to see it available. It should be disabled if there is no notification inside the webblock, but it should never ever be hidden.
If it is hidden the user gets the feeling that that option does not exist.

[Ideas] Make "Refresh Data" and "Ajax Refresh" needless and automatic
Just like you can rename identifiers (entity names, I/O/local variables, etc.) and have all their usages throughout the code be renamed instantly (from the point of view of the developer), identifier value changes (i.e., changes in variables, aggregates, etc.) could also be tracked when an action finishes on the same screen.
When this is the case, any parts of the screen that were rendered with variables, aggregates, etc. that were changed in the action should be AJAX-refreshed automatically. Aggregates refresh automatically if the primary keys that were changed are now on screen / are in the scope of the aggregate.
Tracking could occur either with a "dirty" flag for each variable/aggregate, or be performed after the action finishes on the same screen, comparing all screen widgets' variables'/aggregates' current values with the new values after the action finished (a bit like AngularJS v1 did).
I'm sure this is not as trivial as what I'm spelling out here, but this is the basic idea.
Eliminating these two ("Refresh Data" and "Ajax Refresh") would (IMHO) remove another roadblock for the "citizen developer" who will likely not be accustomed to being alert to disparate display/data refreshing requirements.

Many companies have a seperated SAP/Non-SAP infrastructure and organisational structure. SAP also have their own GUI and their own SSO (SAP Logon Tickets) strategy.
It would be great to have a SAP Logon ticket creation widget that gives me a user/password string to connect to SAP bapi's/webservices as a trusted system.

The replies don't help on the readability of the forum, specially when people start replying everything and most of the content on the post is just copy of what was said. This makes very hard to read the forum and we need to scroll a lot.We have 3 options to change this.
- Delete the reply option
- Hide the reply part by default
- Just show the beginning of the post we are replying removing images and everything which is not plain text

[Ideas] Update Swagger so that it actually works with other services
I’d like to see the swagger import updated so that it actually works with services outside Outsystems itself. I know you say it needs to follow the Swagger standard but so far I haven’t been successful in importing any so called “swagger” compliant endpoints from anything that wasn’t product from Outsystems itself. For example
is supposed to produce a swagger 2.0 compliant definition but Outsystems can’t read it.

[Ideas] Modified Pricing Model for Nonprofits
Nonprofits can innovate very quickly with Outsystems, but their wallet is not nearly as large as the enterprise organizations that Outsystems has been doing pricing for. For registered 501(c)(3) organizations in the US, I would recommend a much lower price in order to help them gain entry to this amazing product. For a typical setup that would cost, say, $60K USD for enterprises, I would recommend lowering it to $10K or $20K USD.

[Ideas] [Service Studio] Possible to scroll lower in the screen then the lowest widget (in an action screen)
When I'm working in SS and the flow becomes taller then the screen it bugs me a lot that I can't scroll down since the last widget isn't set that low. So the screen 'stops' and I first must set the lowest widget lower to go further with what I was doing.
Maybe it's personal but I like to work in the middel of the screen and that not possible now. See screenshot for more clearer view.

At the moment, in Preferences, we have the option to specify an username and password to connect via proxy - system configured, I guess.
My idea was to specify the address of the proxy server to connect. This would allow a different configuration between system and SS.
Use case: when I can only access the OS server via a specific proxy and I don't want to have anything else blocked - Google, I'm looking at you.

[Ideas] Forge applications installation through Service STUDIO with multidatalogs
Several times I had troubles to install some forge applications through the Service Studio. If the environment has several database catalogs and we try to install through the SERVICE STUDIO there is no warning to choose which catalog we wish to use. Only through Service CENTER we can have this option available. This need to be addressed as I bet many of us would like to have the possibility to install some forge applications using only the service studio. Or at least a warning in the installation disclosing what it is the problem.

[Ideas] Action Flow: Title block/comment/description area on flow.
UML diagrams have a title / decsription area on their diagrams. This is useful when exporting diagrams into documentation. It would be good if there could be an optional title block that could be visible on the flow diagrams for use in documentation.

[Ideas] Deeper web GUI control over adding/changing/removing LifeTime infrastructure
Whether it is planned (re-host) or un-planned (DR) when we have had to integrate new infrastructure environments into LifeTime we have run into trouble.
With OutSystems support we make modifications to OSSYS and OSLTM databases. Since this is a repeatable issue it would be great if some tools or modifications to the web GUI could be added to the platform to clean up these system tables rather than having to update them manually.
